Proposed for SFIA 4.0:
The design, creation, testing, implementation and support of collections of human-readable and viewable information, whether as collections of web pages, printable documents, slide-shows or otherwise.

There is a proposal (from the Information Mgt group) to replace WBSP with a new Skill - Information Publishing - defined as follows: "The design, creation, testing, implementation and support of collections of human-readable and viewable information whether as collections of web pages, printable documents, slideshows or otherwise".
