change the title!

Ancilliary skills needs to be dropped as a title as it switches off peoples engagement by making their roles and key skills seem secondary. particularly with the need to integrate business and IT so Sales and marketing skills need to be highlighted more - particularly in industries which sell IT and systems the sales team need to be assured of what they are selling underpinned by close work with the dev and design and vice versa the IT teams don't want the customer being sold impossible products and promises.
Sales and Marketing should reside stand alone or within Business
