The overall management responsibility for the development and provision of education or training covering relevant SFIA skills and levels.
Proposed for SFIA 4.0:
Management of professional development and provision of IT training and education in order to develop business and/or technical skills.

Revised definition proposed by the Information Mgt Group: "Management of the development and provision of education or training to develop business and/or technical skills in suitably motivated people."

Reference proposed definition, I would say that it should be "Management of the professional development and provision of IT training and education in order to develop business and/or technical skills". Also, I don't believe the 'suitably motivated people' clause is needed.
